The Core is a collective dance experience for dedicated dancers ages 14+. A fluid 9 hour/week training schedule in jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip hop and improv. The Core is looking for multifaceted dancers to train together with a performance option. Dancers for this program are required to commit to the full season (September 1, 2017 – May 1, 2018) and the full Core Schedule. The Performance workshop series is an optional component and is a full season commitment. Additional classes must be approved and are optional.

The Core Schedule (7 hours/week) Mandatory

Monday 4-6pm
Thursday 4-6pm
Saturday 12-3pm

The Performance /Workshop Schedule ( 2 hours/week plus dress rehearsals and shows)
Friday 6:30-8:30pm

For those dancers who would like to perform in community shows and work with guest choreographers.
