Welcome to the Edge Studios Classical Ballet Division, Pre-Professional Program.
Students will have the opportunity to train in our spacious facilities with daily intensive training in ballet, pointe, classical repertoire, contemporary and Pilates. This program is a unique and excellent opportunity for the young dancer to experience the highest levels of coaching at an internationally recognized level.
The Edge Dance Program prides itself on the education and training of a complete classical dancer. One that has the solid technical and artistic abilities to further themselves to a professional classical ballet company, with the depth of movement and technique in contemporary dance to complete the package. This program runs after school daily at Edge from 3:30- 6:30pm and includes classes on Saturdays. We limit the amount of enrollment available as our intention is to keep class sizes small for a very personalized approach to training.
Artistic Director, Cyndi Scott was also recognized this season as the Winner for choreography at the World Ballet Art Grand Prix Semi Finals. She and our dancers received the 1st place award in the Ensemble category at the Youth America Grand Prix Semi Finals.
Classical Ballet Principal, Caitlin Lockwood was recognized this season as Best Teacher at both the World Ballet Art Grand Prix Finals and Semi Finals. We received the award for Outstanding School as well at the Youth America Grand Prix.
